Grading Scale and Evaluation Criteria
Grade A (Excellent) | 85–100
Full mastery of the half-sphere bouquet structure. Central focus is stable, upper arc smooth and continuous, left–right symmetry natural. Front–back layering and height transitions are well defined, achieving a balanced semi-spherical form. The bouquet shows exhibition and demonstration value.
Grade B (Good) | 70–84
Good control of half-sphere proportions and main arc. Slight deviation in central height or balance, yet overall structure remains harmonious. Needs refinement in depth layering and flower-head angle rhythm.
Grade C (Pass) | 60–69
Recognizable half-sphere outline, but the arc continuity or weight balance is weak. Flower surface appears flat or uneven. Structure reflects basic bouquet logic but lacks ideal proportion.
Grade D (Fail) | 40–59
Bouquet shape drifts toward oval or spherical. Main axis off-center, arc distorted, or curvature collapsed. Focus falls too low, causing imbalance and unclear form.
Grade E (Invalid) | 0–39
Half-sphere bouquet structure unrecognizable. Flower directions chaotic, focus missing, and stems densely stacked. Entirely loses French curvature discipline and compositional logic.

Grade B (Good) | 70–84
Solid understanding of oval balance and proportion. Minor deviation in central focus or rhythm, but overall structure remains stable. Needs refinement in layering and side extension.
Grade C (Pass) | 60–69
Recognizable oval contour, though structure is loose. Left–right balance or focal clarity is weak, and curvature continuity is inconsistent. Shows basic floral design logic.
Grade D (Fail) | 40–59
Design tends toward spherical or flat form. Main axis off-balance, proportions distorted, and depth unclear. Structural errors cause loss of oval definition.
Grade E (Invalid) | 0–39
Floral directions are chaotic with no focus. Arrangement becomes circular or flatly stacked, losing French composition logic and spatial control.
