Cancellation Policy
By completing a booking through LPV’s official website (www.lpvasia.com ) or approved platforms, students acknowledge that they have read and agreed to the LPV Student Guidelines & Enrollment Terms. 1. Booking & Payment Bookings are confirmed once full payment or deposit is received via FPS, PayMe, bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, or other approved methods. A digital receipt and course details will be issued within three (3) business days. For deposit or installment plans, all remaining balances must be settled by the stated deadline; overdue balances may result in automatic cancellation without refund. 2. Refunds & Deferrals All bookings are non-refundable. Students who cannot attend due to serious illness (medical proof required) or visa rejection may apply for one-time deferral to the next available session, subject to LPV’s approval. A 20% floral material fee applies if notice is given less than five (5) days before class starts. Deferred credits are valid for 180 days from the date of confirmation and cannot be extended or transferred thereafter. 3. Rescheduling & Absence Regular courses follow LPV’s official rescheduling policy: one free reschedule every four lessons with at least five (5) days’ notice. Short-notice changes incur floral material costs. Master Classes, Study Tours, and Macau Continuing Education Development Fund courses are not eligible for rescheduling or make-up sessions. 4. Course Changes by LPV If a class is postponed or cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or force majeure, LPV may reschedule to a reasonable date or assign an equivalent instructor. Refunds will only be provided if the course cannot proceed, processed within thirty (30) business days. 5. Transfer of Enrollment Students may transfer their confirmed booking to another participant before the course start date, subject to LPV’s approval. 6. Data & Liability Personal information collected is used solely for academic and administrative purposes. LPV accepts no liability for any indirect loss, technical error, or external service failure beyond its control. 7. Governing Law This policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. In case of dispute, LPV reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
